The Role
This is a key role within the finance team, responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused financial services across a broad range of functions.
You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring stakeholders receive clear advice and dependable support while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality client financial services with a strong commitment to customer service
Provide first-line support across core financial functions including purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, delegations, financial approvals, and advice
Contribute to the improvement of financial policies, processes, and practices
Build positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, representing Finance Support Services at relevant meetings and forums
Work collaboratively with team members while also managing tasks independently
Use finance systems to enter, track, and manage a wide range of transactions with a high level of accuracy
About You
Qualifications and/or experience equivalent to a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning to resolve issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Experience using Oracle Financials or similar finance systems, and strong digital literacy in MS Office (especially Excel)
A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support
