About The Role
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a brand‐new Townsville Castletown location. Working closely with the Cluster Manager, you will play a key role in leading the daily operations of the store, supporting team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys developing people, and can create a positive and engaging store culture. Experience in fashion retail is not essential, it's more about strong leadership and customer focus.
