Senior change manager

Job Opportunity

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational change management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough change impact assessments, assisting with stakeholder mapping and engagement planning, and supporting the development and execution of change and communication strategies.

* Conduct in-depth change impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes affect people, processes, and systems.
* Assist with stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and coordination.
* Support development and execution of change and communication plans.
* Collaborate with communications and training teams to create engaging materials and sessions.
* Capture feedback, report on change readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Experience working in change or transformation projects within large organizations.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Working knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, PCI).
* Exposure to utilities, mining, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
