* SNSW Clerk Grade 5/6
* $88,123 - $100,708 plus superannuation
* Temporary Full-Time until January 2026 (parental leave backfill)
* Maitland Contact Centre - In office presence required 4 days a week

About the team

The Service Delivery Administration Team, within the Service Delivery Executive Office, is a newly established team to support our Service NSW Frontline teams. We are responsible for providing onsite administration support across our five Service NSW Contact Centres, executive support to the Service Delivery Leadership team and centralised administrative support for Service Delivery.

Your day-to-day

As an Administration Officer for Service Delivery, you will provide a broad range of onsite administrative services to support the operation of the Maitland Contact Centre. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Admin Team, our Contact Centre leaders and team members to support the smooth operations for our Frontline teams.

Your day to day

•As the Administration Officer you will provide daily administration services to support the operation of our Maitland Contact Centre
•Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
•Respond to and resolve enquiries and issues
•Coordinate and manage equipment registers
•Records management, travel and accommodation bookings
•Meeting coordination, recording meeting outcomes.
•Prepare routine correspondence to support the effective operation of teams

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

•You bring your “can do” attitude to passionately support our Service Delivery Leaders and team members
•Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other people, teams and stakeholders
•Highly developed organisational skills and ability to work to tight timeframes and competing priorities
•Your attention to detail is next level, and you enjoy being in a fast past environment where your priorities can change.
