About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative & operational support to the Property Management team, while learning and growing within a dynamic agency.
Some of your responsibilities may include: Supporting day-to-day operations within the office
Engaging with clients via phone, email and in-person
Learning internal systems and real estate processes
Running local errands and attending property appointments as required
Assisting with property management processes, documentation and appointments.
It's also an excellent opportunity for a mum re-entering the workforce, offering a supportive environment to rebuild confidence and skills.
About You
The successful candidate will have: Real Estate experience
A Certificate of Registration
A current and valid driver's licence
Previous experience or interest in the real estate industry (advantageous)
Good communication skills and a professional presentation
Willingness to learn and be part of a close-knit, experienced team
