We are seeking an experienced leader to join our dynamic and growing business. As Area Manager - South, you will hold end-to-end accountability for two key sites (Helensvale and Ballina) with further growth on the horizon.

• Full P&L and EBIT ownership: You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of your assigned sites, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
• Strategic sales leadership and development of market relationships: As a seasoned leader, you will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Championing safety and ensuring outstanding safety outcomes: Safety is paramount in our organization, and as Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that all team members adhere to our safety protocols and procedures.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team: As a leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team that is motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
• Driving operational excellence and customer fulfilment: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
• Overseeing facility and asset management: As Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and assets are well-maintained and operating at optimal levels.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders: You will work closely with internal stakeholders in HR, Safety, and Engineering to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Delivering on business growth, performance targets, and capital investment plans: As a leader, you will be accountable for delivering on business growth, meeting performance targets, and ensuring that we achieve our capital investment plans.
