About The Opportunity
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or CareComplete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation PlansTimely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care ManagerEnsure resident care is within the PCW scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate The Following
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged CareMinimum of 12 months experience as an PCW within residential aged care desirableFlexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work!Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staffStrong passion for working with the elderly
Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check
