Are you eager to obtain a Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology qualification and genuinely passionate about developing your skills in the rail industry?Your future role:Provide assistance and support in the preparation of surfaces for paintingAssist in repairing surfaces and defectsMixing and matching paint and other finishes to desired textures and coloursPrepare paint spraying equipment and dismantle and cleanCollaborate with team members to achieve results and propose ideas for improvementFollow Alstom workplace health and safety rulesAll about you:Mechanical aptitude with a great appreciation for accurate dimensions and measurements & well-developed coordination of eyes and handsSomeone who is committed, able to follow instructions, and can communicate and work well with othersCommitted to undertaking the required learning at TAFE to work towards Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing TechnologyMinimum age of sixteen (16) yearsC Grades in Year 10 English and Maths or equivalentImportant to note: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with additional times for TAFE block learning.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
