As the Digital Brand Manager for Garnier, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving the online presence and performance of one of the world's most beloved beauty brands. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences that connect with our consumers and amplify Garnier's commitment to natural and sustainable beauty.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
* Digital Strategy: Develop and execute the end‐to‐end digital strategy for Garnier, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
* Campaign Management: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital campaigns across paid digital channels, including retail media, e‐commerce, and performance media.
* Agency & Stakeholder Management: Lead relationships with digital and media agency partners from briefing through to execution. Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal teams to ensure digital activity is integrated across the broader business.
* Content & Portfolio Management: Oversee the online brand expression, including identifying optimal online SKU mix, developing best‐in‐class digital shelf, and ensuring all touchpoints align with the master brand vision.
* Performance & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on all digital KPIs, using data‐driven insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
