We are seeking a skilled BIM Implementation Specialist to drive the successful integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across major projects.

* Coordinate BIM models and workflows across multiple large-scale projects
* Support project teams with model setup, clash detection, and data management
* Maintain and enforce office-wide BIM standards, templates, and protocols
* Conduct BIM audits and quality assurance reviews across project models
* Provide training and day-to-day support to staff in Revit and BIM 360 workflows
* Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth digital coordination
* Assist in the development and refinement of BIM documentation and digital tools

Requirements
">
* Qualifications in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 4+ years' experience
* Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC
* Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650) and digital delivery processes
* Experience on large-scale, complex projects (health, education, public infrastructure preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Proactive mindset and passion for digital innovation in the built environment
