Your focus will be on delivering responsive, high-quality services that strengthen learning, and build both management and leadership capability within a positive, safe and respectful culture.

The Position

As Manager, Talent & Culture, you will guide how the department develops and supports its workforce. You will provide clear and practical advice on people, capability and culture, assist leaders with workforce matters, and ensure our learning, inclusion and performance initiatives are accessible and aligned with public sector values.
