With several major developments underway and a strong future pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their collaborative and high‑performing team. About the Role As Development Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of major residential and mixed‑use projects—from feasibility and design through to approvals, delivery, and completion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, external consultants, planning authorities, builders, and project partners to ensure successful commercial and design outcomes. This role suits someone confident managing medium‑to‑large scale projects, who thrives on responsibility, problem‑solving, and seeing tangible results from their work. Key Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of residential and mixed‑use developments Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and risk assessments Appoint, brief, and manage consultants across planning, design, and engineering Oversee the preparation and submission of DA/CC approvals Monitor project budgets, programs, and commercial performance Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth execution Prepare board reports, recommendation papers, and project updates Represent the organisation professionally at all stages of the development cycle About You 3 years’ experience as a Development Manager (essential) Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen Excellent ability to manage consultants, planners, architects, and engineers Strong working knowledge of NSW planning processes Confident communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills A proactive, structured, solutions‑focused approach Tertiary qualifications in Property, Development, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related Why This Opportunity?
