This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of College-related events, including administrative support, online ticketing, inbox management, and programme and collateral design support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide administrative support for events hosted across the College
* Manage the events inbox effectively and take appropriate actions
* Prepare, organise, and circulate contract lists and run sheets for events
* Organise and prepare for event meetings, including for designated events
* Administer online ticketing requirements, processing, and reports
* Assist with the preparation of event programmes and collateral design
* Liaise with the logistics team to facilitate setup and pack down of events
* Foster strong relationships with the College community and external stakeholders

* Digital literacy with attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and in teams
* Qualifications in Event Management are well regarded
* Working with Children Blue Card
* Physical fitness to work across a vibrant campus and perform manual handling tasks
