Remuneration
* Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
Role Overview
The Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research (QCDFVR), within the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Worker to support impactful research that strengthens understanding and responses to domestic and family violence. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of QCDFVR and key stakeholders, contributing to a diverse range of research activities aligned with the Centre's strategic priorities. You will help shape and deliver applied research programs, collaborating with researchers, industry partners and university staff to extend QCDFVR's reach and influence. Drawing on strong communication skills and keen attention to detail, you will support the delivery of research projects, including conducting literature reviews, developing research tools such as surveys, collating and analysing data, and preparing high-quality reports, publications and resources for a range of audiences.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret and clearly convey complex information to a range of audiences.
* Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research, including data collection, analysis and interpretation.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct literature reviews and support the development of applied research tools such as surveys or questionnaires.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver research outcomes and meet project objectives.
* A relevant degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with proficiency in standard business and research software (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email).
