Overview
We have an opportunity for a full-time Permanent Project Delivery Coordinator who would be responsible for the successful end to end project coordination and transitional activities associated with several client-facing projects and internal initiatives. Based in our Yarra Falls office, and reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, Project Management.

Location and arrangement
In this position, you'll be based in the Yarra Falls office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that you:
* You have a formal accommodation due to a disability, medical or legal reason that enables you to work remotely
* You're a redeployment candidate who is under notice of redundancy
* You were moved to a remote contract as your office closed, and you don\'t live near any of our current offices
Responsibilities
* Deliver internal and external employee share plan related schemes, including Offers and Vesting\'s, within agreed timeframes
* Contribute to the planning and closing stages of a work stream associated with a larger project
* Handle all tasks during the execution stage of a work stream
* Assist with the development and review of effective processes and methodologies, including process improvement and reviewing best practice
* Various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to); task lists, project plans, issue and risk registers, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and status reports
* Maintain effective lines of communication, expectations and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and complete implementation of each initiative

You will use your strong Project Management, Organisational and Planning capabilities to excel in this role as well as being an excellent communicator Building strong relationships internally and externally will also come natural to you.
Other key skills required for the role include:
* Proven ability to work as part of a team and think outside the box to achieve the best outcomes
* Prior project coordination or administration experience
* Willingness to learn quickly and be adaptable to a changing environment
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Project
