About the Role
We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Video Editor who is a true social media native, with a passion for crafting engaging, scroll-stopping content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram .
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just edit – but ideates, produces, and innovates content from concept to completion.
You'll be working closely with our social, creative and content teams to bring fresh ideas to life and shape our client's social outputs through dynamic, trend-savvy video content.
What You'll Do
1. Edit compelling short-form video content tailored specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social-first platforms.
2. Own the production process end-to-end – from ideation and storyboarding to post-production and some publishing.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, social, and strategy teams to develop on-brand, high-performing content.
4. Stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep our content current and competitive.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quick turnaround times.
* Experiment with new formats, techniques, and storytelling styles to push creative boundaries.
Who You Are
6. 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably with a focus on digital or social-first content.
7. Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form video platforms – both as a creator and consumer.
8. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), CapCut or similar tools.
9. Experience working in a fast-paced content or agency environment.
10. Strong sense of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling for mobile-first viewing.
11. A passionately curious self-starter who's eager to grow, experiment, and become a subject matter expert in the social content space.
12. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
