Job Role: Operations Support Specialist
About the Job:
Traffic management company seeks an experienced Operations Assistant to support crews, keep depot running smoothly, and help deliver for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Open and close depot, ensuring everything is ready to go.
* Support crews at start and end of shifts, including vehicle checks, equipment, and fit-for-work assessments.
* Process worksite documentation and simple admin tasks daily.
* Monitor and document calls, providing updates to team.
* Assist with scheduling, equipment, and stock takes when needed.
* Visit worksites and provide feedback to crews.
* Assist with incident follow-up if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
* MRWA accreditations (TC, BWTM, WTM – or willingness to complete training).
* Excellent communication skills, confident on phone and with crews.
* Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, operating system).
* Reliability, organization, and a safety-focused mindset.
* Willingness to work early starts, late finishes, and participate in on-call roster.
