Safety Administrator Role
This construction company seeks a proactive Safety Administrator to support health and safety compliance across multiple sites.
* Maintain and update safety documentation, registers, and compliance records.
* Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
* Support site teams with safety inductions and training coordination.
* Monitor incident reporting and assist with investigations.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in safety administration within construction or related industry, a strong understanding of OH&S legislation, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all safety-related activities, as well as supporting the development and implementation of effective safety protocols.
A background in safety administration is highly desirable, as is experience working with relevant software applications. The ability to communicate effectively with site teams and other stakeholders is also essential.
Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
