Job Title: Barista and Shop Assistant
Location: Barnetts Bakery, Crescent Head
Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Full- Time
Hours: Approximately 25 to 38 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Assist with general shop duties, including restocking and cleaning
* Handle transactions and manage the cash register
* Maintain a welcoming and organized environment
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
* Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent service
* Conduct food preparation and assist in maintaining shop cleanliness
Requirements:
* Availability to work during school holidays and weekends
* Some experience in a barista role is an advantage (training will be provided)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
