As a Barista at Non stop caffinity', you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. This is a casual role based in our café in Toowoomba, QLD 4350, where you'll be a key member of our passionate team.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites
- Operating and maintaining coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensuring the café's high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained
- Assisting with other café duties as needed, such as food preparation and counter service
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment
- Minimum of 1 year barista experience is required for this position
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and roasting, as well as the ability to prepare a range of coffee beverages to a high standard
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive experience for customers
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Full availability across all shifts is expected from candidates
- Australian work rights are required for this position
