About the Administration & Accounts Assistant role
* Requires: proven experience with accounts payable, purchase order processing, and proficiency in systems such as XERO and Sandwai as the Administration & Accounts Assistant.
* Salary guide: $35 to $42 per hour inclusive of casual loading.
* Location: northern suburbs of Melbourne.
What the Administration & Accounts Assistant will do each day
- Enter accounts payable invoices and purchase orders promptly and accurately into Sandwai and XERO.
- Match invoices to approved purchase orders, ensuring correct GST coding and compliance with internal financial policies.
- Respond professionally to queries related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in system support activities related to Sandwai PO integration, including data validation and issue logging.
- Support the administration and compliance maintenance of Support at Home (SaH) Associate Provider agreements.
