**The Role**:
To continue to meet the needs of clients, retain an excellent reputation for delivery and allow for the demands of an ever-growing business, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Demolition Supervisors to join us now. You will need to be able to work towards deadlines under tight timeframes, have the drive to meet challenges and effectively work as part of a team. As site supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that your team and sub-contractors conduct the work efficiently and safely and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to on-site
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- The supervision of Demolition projects from commencement to completion.
- Supervision of all works completed in office to ensure required quality and productivity.
- Coordinating tasks and ensuring adherence to safe methods statements and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal team to achieve productive outcomes for the project.
- Providing reports on works completed.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Have hands on experience in delivering work activities associated with the demolition of buildings and structures.
- Have the ability and experience to run and direct sub-contract labour teams safely and productively.
- Have great communication skills and be able to take & follow directions.
- Be able to work to deadlines and to tight timeframes.
- Minimum 2 years in a relevant leading hand or supervisor position.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Preferred Selection Criteria**:
- Manual Driver's license with light / Medium vehicle experience & Competency.
- MR Driver's License
- Excavator Experience
- First Aid Qualifications.

Part-time hours: 38 per week
