About the role
You will work with our Disability and Home Care teams to ensure the effectiveness of the VMCH Quality Management System and support governance by:
1. Monitoring quality of care and service systems through audits and data analysis
2. Collating and analysing quality of care indicators
3. Identifying and reporting regulatory compliance risk and gaps
In addition, you will will promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality by leading an outcomes-based approach.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
4. Experience in quality or management within a service context.
5. Up-to-date knowledge of aged and disability care and the reforms happening in the sector.
6. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and staff.
8. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in a team and independently.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
