Our client is looking for a Senior Change Manager on a contract basis.
The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring the project meets its objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. They will place emphasis on the people side of change ,including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing change management strategies and plans and relevant briefing documents across multiple technology initiatives
* Evaluating and documenting the impact of planned technology change
* Drive project and business change
* Effective use of allocated budget and ability to meet project objectives on time
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a Change Manager on large system projects
* Experience within utilities domain is highly desirable
* Previous experience in facilitating change and training sessions
* Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Project)
* Effective facilitation and influencing skills
* Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
