The Social Media Specialist will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms for an Australian account. This role plays a key part in growing the online community, boosting engagement, and raising brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote (as a bonus).
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
- Maintain content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow audiences.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Experience in RedNote marketing or content creation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and social media analytics.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Familiarity with graphic and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote workplace.
