Why PwC?

At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health—giving you the chance to make a real impact. What you'll do:

* Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and complex technology challenges, delivering actionable strategies across technology strategy, transformation, and M&A advisory.

* Develop and execute technology roadmaps and operating models that align with enterprise goals, market trends, and customer needs to drive sustainable value.

* Lead delivery of technology transformation programs, including AI-enabled innovations and post-merger integration, ensuring minimal disruption and maximized business outcomes.

* Mentor and develop junior consultants while contributing to the growth and thought leadership of PwC's Technology Advisory practice.

What we're looking for:

* A minimum of 4 years experience working with a leading consulting firm or strategy house, focusing on the technology, digital or AI advisory.

* Proven experience in technology strategy, governance, and strategic delivery planning or post-deal technology integration within a consulting or enterprise environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to advise on emerging technologies including Agentic AI and agile delivery practices.

* Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and manage high-performing teams.

* Experience working with clients in Financial Services, Mining, Energy, or Retail industries, with a passion for driving innovation and impactful technology-enabled outcomes.

What you'll gain:

* Leadership development programs and executive coaching designed to help you inspire teams and accelerate your career growth.

* A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.

* Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what's best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.

* Being part of a community united by purpose, delivering impact that reaches clients, communities, and the future you're shaping.
