We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive membership growth across NSW.
This role offers the opportunity to engage with community pharmacies, communicate the value proposition of our organization, and build trusted relationships that lead to new memberships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or membership recruitment, ideally within or closely aligned to the community pharmacy sector.
You will be responsible for proactively acquiring new members and retaining existing ones through consultative engagement, building and managing trusted relationships with pharmacy owners and stakeholders, communicating technical information effectively, and promoting our services and membership benefits.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also support CRM and data updates, pipeline tracking, and lead conversion, as well as collaborate with senior leadership to deliver on membership growth targets and optimize sales processes.
