Gooch's Garage is a well established and highly respected, family owned workshop seeking an experienced and professional service advisor to join our team. We are a trusted RACQ approved repairer and pride ourselves on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
About the role:
The successful applicant must be experienced and confident in the service advisor role. They will be results driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship and time management.
Daily tasks include,
* Answer phone calls and liaise with customers
* Greet customers and book in jobs.
* Be the communication between the workshop and our customers
* Control workflow in the workshop
* Prepare and finalise invoices
* Prepare and send quotes
* Ordering all parts required
* Keep customers informed with exceptional communication
* Ensure vehicles are ready on time and to the highest standard

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:
* A passion for exceptional customer service
* Great organisation skills and attention to detail
* Automotive service advising experience (preferred but not essential)
* Confidence with computers & automotive service software
* Exceptional computer navigation skills required
* Knowledge of vehicle servicing & repairs
* A solutions-focused, positive attitude
* A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is essential for this role
* A current full driver's licence is essential for this position
* Permanent Australian residency is required for this position
