Barista Position Overview
To be successful in this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, make recommendations to customers, and ensure the cafe's equipment and work area are clean and organized.
Follow established health, safety, and hygiene procedures, and assist with other cafe duties as required.
We're seeking an individual with at least 6 months' experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly personality.
1. Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3. Operate espresso machines and other cafe equipment efficiently.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
