Maintenance Supervisor
Lead the planning and execution of preventative and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure plant and equipment reliability
* Coordinate shutdowns and critical maintenance works with attention to detail
* Develop and improve maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency
* Supervise contractors and minor projects on site
* Manage procurement of parts, materials, and services efficiently
* Promote workplace safety through proactive initiatives
About You:
* A relevant trade qualification (e.g., Mechanical Fitter, Industrial Mechanic)
* Experience delivering structured maintenance programs
* Strong contractor management and supervision skills
* Familiarity with maintenance systems, procurement processes, and budget control
* Knowledge of hazardous or high-risk environments
* A proven commitment to workplace safety and leadership
