Delivery Lead role delivering initiatives across Operations with the Data and Analytics team. Flexible ways of working – hybrid mode with 3 days onsite. Full time 12-month opportunity, based at our head office in Collingwood, Melbourne.

Responsibilities
- Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of decision-making initiatives into the Operations Delivery domain. You will manage a team of internal and external resources to support the delivery of initiatives in an Agile or Waterfall project delivery. You will also support governance of projects through the accurate tracking and communication of financial, schedule, risks and issues to product owners, project sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Working with the project sponsor and product owner, define project objectives, deliverables and outcomes.
- Management of projects (in an Agile or Waterfall framework) to support the delivery of project objectives in alignment with Product Owners expectations.
- Manage the development of mandatory and agreed project deliverables to defined quality standards.
- Develop and manage a project schedule and baseline to support task management, deliverable timing and milestone timing.
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions within an Agile delivery model, including architecture, solution design, build, test, implementation, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- Establish and maintain the project forecast in alignment with the agreed budget.
To be considered for this role, you will have
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong Agile project delivery skills/experience.
- Exposure to Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models.
- Demonstrated success delivering at least five end-to-end technical projects, including two with budgets over $400k, with accountability for delivery, stakeholder coordination, and budget management.
- Experience in managing project teams greater than 6 people.
- Business or Technology degree.
- Strong communications skills (verbal, written, presentations).
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Prince2 or PMBOK certification advantageous.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA/Confluence).
- Solid financial management skills including familiarity with ROI and NPV analysis.
