As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team for our venue in Sydney. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Italian-inspired dishes to a high standard during service Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control Manage mise en place, daily prep, and service station setup Maintain a clean and compliant kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with the Head Chef in creating and refining seasonal menus Monitor inventory, assist in ordering, and manage stock rotation Assist with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff Work effectively during busy service periods in a fast-paced team environment About You Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar chef role, ideally in Italian or European cuisine Formal culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Passion for fresh ingredients, Italian flavours, and high-quality food presentation Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP requirements Strong communication and time management skills Positive attitude, team player, and reliable under pressure Available to work on a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays What We Offer A supportive and professional kitchen team Competitive salary and staff discounts Career development opportunities within the group A chance to work in a fun, welcoming, and high-performing hospitality environment Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest in this fulltime salaried position with a starting salary of $76K - $78(plus super)
