 
        
        Little Coogee Hotel is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a high performing team, organize and control the operations of establishments.
This is a role for a focused and motivated manager who thrives on a challenge and enjoys motivating, mentoring and building an effective and professional team.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
Qualifications and experience:
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma 
- Must have minimum 2 years work experience 
- Management experience
**Fluent in english and other language an advantage**
Skills required:
- A masterful service delivery professional who always puts the customer first 
- A 'get up and go' hands on manager who can lead from the front 
- Ability to encourage and lead other 
- Ability to interact with and maintain solid client engagement 
- Interested in travel and tourism lifestyle 
- Have some knowledge about travel in Australia

Responsibilities of the job: 
1) Manage day to day operations of hotel 
2) Ensure guest satisfaction, customer service and exceed client expectations 
3) Manage cost of goods and stock control 
4) Monthly financial & budgetary reporting 
5) Identify opportunities to streamline business needs 
6) Lead, motivate and develop your team to be "the best they can be" 
7) Continue to build, develop and enhance client relationships 
8) Create tour and activities (travel agency) 
9) Manage customer satisfaction and preferences 
10) Provide guests with local tourism information, arrange tours and transportation 
- From $75000 per year + incentives.
