**The Opportunity**
An opportunity for an experienced Systems Specialist to join Kemps Creek Distribution Centre.
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving systems on site. This role helps to ensure that we put the right products into customers hands as simply, accurately and safely as possible, while proactively looking for improvements to site KPI's.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the systems team and wider DC business by challenging current systems and processes
- Be a trusted advisor to both DC team members and national support teams
- Ensure service levels to stores and DC are to the highest standards
- Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Manage and maintain Data Integrity between WMS & SAP
- Assign correct system access to users as requested
- Undertake investigations
- Act as a key contact point for identified system issues, troubleshooting problems and acting to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure that the standards for operations are loaded and maintained in the system so that users can track their performance
- Provide accurate management reporting on warehouse performance
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve DC objectives

**Who we're looking for**
We're looking for resilient, results driven individuals who have the following:

- Experience in a large warehouse operation
- Qualifications /Training
- Systems knowledge requirements - SAP, Blue Yonder WMS, Google Suites
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of SH&E; requirements including COR regulations and Codes of Practice
- Understanding of relevant systems and how they relate to warehouse operations
- Project management skills
- Problem solving skills
