This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of student learning and wellbeing teams.
* Responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, managing data and documentation, coordinating events and meetings, and assisting with reporting and communication.
The ideal candidate will be able to resolve administrative queries, support process improvements, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver effective programs for students and staff.
About You
1. A strong attention to detail is essential for this position.
2. Experience in a similar role is necessary along with strong problem-solving skills.
3. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team exercising discretion judgement professionalism is required.
4. Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly Excel SharePoint are needed.
5. Certificate level tertiary qualifications business administration or related field are preferred.
