You will: * Create and foster a person-centred mindset for the team, where the injured worker is placed at the centre of their recovery and empowered to lead and take ownership * Manage the daily workflow of the team to ensure Recovery and Support Advisors, Coordinators and Officers receive the appropriate payments services to support aimed at improving the experience and outcomes of our injured workers * Drive a team culture that values and utilises a collaborative approach to supporting recovery and return to work, ultimately leading to improved experience and outcomes for injured workers * Lead the development and execution of strategies to facilitate the capability uplift of Recovery and Support Advisors, Coordinators and Officers in relation to recovery and return to work outcomes * Monitor performance of team members against KPIs, including identifying opportunities for improvement and mentoring and coaching team members Please ensure you review the Position Description here for additional information on accountabilities for this role. About you You are an experienced Leader who wants to make a difference. You have an outstanding coaching and mentoring ability with a contemporary attitude to case management. Your interpersonal and influencing skills are exceptional and you have the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional and responsive manner.
