Big change doesn’t just happen.
It starts with someone who can see the path forward — and help others believe in it too. It's about turning bold ideas into action. Asking the right questions. Connecting the right people. Pushing projects over the line. And when new opportunities take flight, it’s because you made them real! We’re looking for a Strategic Projects Coordinator who brings strategy, focus, and serious follow-through — someone who can lead change that sticks. If you’re ready to help drive Brophy’s future (and yours), this is your next move.
Employee Benefits:
* Above Award Salary - Level 5 SCHADS Award (based on experience and qualifications).
* 11 Wellbeing Days (pro rata) (in addition to Annual Leave).
* Not-for-Profit Salary Sacrificing options of up to $15,899 per FBT year.
* Portable Long Service Leave (from eligible organisations).
* Excellent Learning & Development opportunities.
About the Role:
As our new Strategic Projects Coordinator, you’ll work directly with the CEO Office to help drive Brophy’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan and lead key transformation projects across the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Coordinating cross-organisational strategic projects from idea to delivery
* Supporting change management processes that help embed real, lasting improvements
* Identifying new funding and partnership opportunities and preparing submissions
* Working closely with Executive Leadership, teams, and external stakeholders to bring Brophy’s vision to life

Key Duties include:
* Ability to work flexibly, strategically, and with an innovation mindset
* Strong project management and change management skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Capacity to lead continuous improvement and help teams thrive during change

* Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
Skills and Credentials:
* Demonstrated experience in case management, outdoor education, youth work, especially engaging at-risk or disengaged young people.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, case management practices, and adherence to policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse clients.
* Ability to work with various stakeholders, negotiate, and advocate for service users, volunteers, and staff.
* A tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., community services, social work, project management, public health, or similar).
