Channel Partners
You will be responsible for driving growth through distribution partners and a Tier 2 channel network. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with distributors, manage pricing and incentives, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Serving as the trusted advisor and main contact for the distributor
* Leading pricing, commission, and incentive discussions to align with business objectives
* Monitoring and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against targets
* Developing and executing distributor account plans and quarterly marketing initiatives
You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to support distributor strategies and enablement activities, conduct quarterly business reviews, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
To succeed in this role, you need:
* 7-10 years of relationship sales management experience in IT or telecommunications
* Proven success in strategic selling through distribution or Tier 2 channel partners
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve growth and revenue targets
