About The Role
Norco AgriSolutions is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative or qualified Sales Agronomist to join our Wauchope team on a full‐time permanent basis to deliver expert advice and tailored solutions to our valued clients.

Product Portfolio
* Cropping inputs (seed, fertiliser, ag chem)
* Animal health and nutrition supplements
* Livestock nutritional products
* Livestock handling equipment
* Irrigation products and general farm merchandise
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Meet sales targets, profit/sales margins and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure agreements.
* Conduct field visits, assess crop and livestock needs, and provide technical recommendations.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities and agronomic advice using CRM tools.
* Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
* Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and educational seminars.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Collect soil samples and facilitate analysis to provide crop/pasture management recommendations.
About You
* Qualified Agronomists (senior or junior) or
* Experienced Field Sales professionals with broad knowledge of agricultural inputs for horticulture, tree cropping and broadacre farming. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills and experience in relational sales and client service.
Additional Skills and Attributes Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the local agricultural market and crop production practices in the region of operation is highly beneficial.
* Experience with CRM software, sales tracking tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* Full driver's licence essential.
* A relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
* Previous experience in agricultural sales, agronomy or animal health is highly regarded.
