**What's in it for you?**
In this position, you will be responsible for tracking compliance engagements, managing timelines, and ensuring that all commitments are met in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing the distribution of BAS pre-fill and client information to offshore teams, reviewing their work, and providing feedback to improve quality.
As our Operational Support, your main responsibilities include:
- Track compliance engagements and manage timelines to ensure all commitments are met in a timely manner.
- Manage the distribution of BAS pre-fill and client information to offshore teams and review their work.
- Assist clients with BAS lodgements and obtaining PDF lodgement receipts as requested.
- Filing compliance-related documents, uploading SOWs, and using OGM.
- Assist with WIP and debtor management, including time and expense reports, bill preparation, and ETC WIP adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with offshore teams, PAPDs, and clients.
- Retrieve activity statements and integrated client accounts required by GDS from the ATO Portal.
- Assist with ABN and GST registrations and updates to client details.
- Contact the ATO for GIC remissions and other matters as necessary.
- Review BASs prepared by offshore teams and ensure that they are of high quality.

- A strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including experience with BAS preparation, ABN and GST registrations, and activity statements.
- Strong experience in compliance management and team management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with offshore teams, PAPDs, and clients.
- Familiarity with engagement management tools and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review BASs and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the ATO Portal.
