About the Role

You'll oversee critical engineering designs, equipment selection, alternative submissions, and tender proposals, ensuring world-class outcomes across major commercial projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with their SLT, Project Managers, Estimators, and Contractors, you'll:
* Review consultant designs and specifications to define project scope.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure HVAC installations meet specifications.
* Lead the commissioning of HVAC systems to achieve peak performance.
* Collaborate with senior management to deliver cost-effective, innovative designs.
* Mentor the design process to meet technical, budgetary, and client requirements.
* Lead and develop a high-performing design/engineering team.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
* Deliver on time and on budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
About You
You're a proven leader with a passion for driving excellence in engineering. You'll bring:
* Experience as a Senior Engineer, or highly skilled Project Manager in Construction, HVAC, or related industries.
* A track record of managing commercial projects worth $10 million +.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing a small team.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable solutions.
