Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a team of lawyers and support staff to provide comprehensive family violence law services.

* Mentoring and supervising lawyers and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
* A Victorian Practising Certificate or eligibility to hold.
* A minimum of four years' experience in family law, family violence law, child protection, or victims of crime assistance.
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
* Strong ability to mentor, supervise, and develop lawyers and support staff.
