About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our friendly, family-owned business. While experience in screens, blinds, shutters or curtains is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties will Include (but are not limited to)
* Liaising with Customers via phone, email or in person
* Communicating with factory and estimating staff
* Understanding, preparing and typing job sheets
* Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
* Placing orders and liaising with external company representatives
* Using Xero (desirable) and Microsoft Outlook
* General office administration and data entry duties
About You
You are a motivated and reliable team member who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team. Ideally, you will have experience in window furnishings, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
