We're Hiring: General Manager – Operations

Ottley Capital Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager Operations to lead the daily operational performance of our growing business. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Directors and overseeing key functional areas including compliance, technology, sales, customer service, people & culture, and finance.
As GM Operations, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our operational foundations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our teams and systems are equipped to support the next phase of company growth.
What You'll Lead
• Day-to-day operational management across all core business functions
• People & Culture, including recruitment, development and engagement
• Financial oversight, budgeting and business performance monitoring
• Ownership and project management of new product, technology and market opportunities - guiding ideas through development, testing and successful deployment
Who You'll Lead
A team of senior managers who run:
· Technology systems, digital improvements and operational capability
· Compliance frameworks, risk management and governance activities
· The corporate finance function
· Sales and Customer Service teams
What You Bring
• Proven leadership in operational or general management roles
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working across compliance, finance, HR, technology and customer-facing functions
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to drive culture, performance and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills
