Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead the coordination and delivery of workforce learning across BRAMS.
This role will oversee implementation of the BRAMS Learning and Development Framework, ensuring all staff have current Training Needs Analyses and Learning and Development Plans. The position manages the organisation's online training system (ELMO), coordinates internal and external training, supports induction and clinical competency programs, and ensures learning activities are monitored, evaluated and continuously improved.
You will work closely with the CEO, Executive Managers and Program Leads to strengthen workforce capability and compliance, promote professional growth and build a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
