About the Role
This hybrid role combines leasing and business development responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to support our leasing team while driving new business growth. You will work closely with our BDM Team Leader and contribute to both operational and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Leasing Duties (50%)
o Conduct open homes and property inspections
o Assist with processing lease applications
o Collaborate with leasing consultants
* Business Development Duties (50%)
o Prospect and generate new business leads
o Develop and maintain a client database
o Conduct market updates
o Support the team in strategic business initiatives
Commission Structure & Perks
* You will earn commission straight away, giving you immediate reward for your efforts.
* There is a marketing allowance of $13,200 for use in core areas, allowing you to actively promote properties.
* You will receive $19,800 worth of one-on-one coaching and training throughout the year to support your growth.
* Commissions are structured to reward sales in core areas, outside core areas, and office-generated leads, with current BDM team members on track for excellent earnings.
Ideal Candidate
* Current or former real estate sales agent looking for a hybrid BDM role
* Proven experience in real estate sales or business development
* Driver's licence and reliable car required
* Class 2 license is essential
* Permanent Australian working rights
