About the Role
As our Project Manager, you will oversee commercial furniture and acoustic projects from planning through to installation and completion. You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, schedule workflows, ensure compliance and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Project Delivery
· Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery within budget and time constraints
· Create job picking lists and workshop orders
· Help prepare and manage project schedules and weekly job planning
· Confirm site contacts, access and installation readiness for daily installs
· Verify goods received match stock ordered and resolve discrepancies
Stakeholder Coordination
· Work with internal design, production, logistics and install teams to execute jobs smoothly
· Liaise with government, builders, defence, end‑users and other project partners
· Coordinate logistics teams and installation crews to ensure seamless delivery and install
Compliance & Documentation
· Complete job paperwork including site checks, inductions and SWMS requirements
· Ensure all safety, access and project compliance criteria are met
On‑Site Management
· Manage jobs on site during installation, resolving issues promptly and professionally
· Conduct quality checks, oversee installation standards and ensure final deliverables meet expectations
· Handle warranty issues and post‑project follow‑up as required
Expanded Responsibilities (Industry Standard)
· Define project scope, deliverables and timelines
· Manage project budgets, cost tracking and variations
· Identify risks early and create mitigation strategies
· Maintain accurate project documentation and communication logs
· Conduct final inspections, client handovers and close‑out procedures
· Drive continuous improvement across processes and customer experience
