Studform is a South Australian family-owned manufacturing business that has been operating for almost 30 years. The factory recently moved to Hindmarsh from Mount Gambier and we custom manufacture a wide range of timber, fire, and metal clad doors, metal door frames, aluminium partitioning systems, seismic ceiling products with integrated LED lighting.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic accounts all-rounder, with a can do and will do attitude, a team player with great negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for chasing outstanding invoices to Studform and play an important role in the cash-flow of the organisation ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.
The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Full function creditor accounts processing, adhering to priced purchase orders and assist driving budget cost controls.
- Process all debtor account invoices and statements, by creating and maintaining customer relationships to proactively retrieve customer payments, while enforcing payment terms.
- Effective management of credit issues and risks via stop credit and releasing orders daily in accordance with the Credit Policy
- Escalate action on overdue accounts by proactively communicating with the Managing Director
- Organise and maintain debtor insurances
- Prepare journals, BAS and other reports
- Other general administrative duties
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- 3-5 years in a similar role would be favourable
- Ideally you will be an experienced credit controller who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment
- A strong networker, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from internal and external stakeholders at all levels of our business.
- With strong time management skills, you will have the ability to multitask people, events, systems and meet deadlines
- You have great communication skills both written and verbal
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Accounts payable/receivable: 3 years (required)
