At Australian Unity, we're redefining healthcare delivery. Our Hospital in the Home (HITH) program brings hospital-level treatment into the comfort of our clients' homes—reducing unnecessary hospital stays and improving quality of life. As our Clinical Nurse Manager – HITH, you'll lead this transformation, guiding a skilled nursing workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care in non-traditional settings.
This role will be based in QLD, with flexibility to be located in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. This is your chance to shape a scalable, clinically led model that supports our vision to be Australia's leading integrated health care company.
Why this role matters:
* Impact: Drive acute care excellence in home settings, ensuring continuity and safety.
* Innovation: Champion hospital substitution models and integrated care pathways.
* Flexibility: Enjoy hybrid working and balance your professional and personal life.
* Collaboration: Work closely with hospital teams, VMOs, allied health, and internal Talent teams—focus on leadership and governance, not end-to-end recruitment.
