Requirements
* A passion for helping others, particularly those navigating aged care or disability support.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment.
* Strong communication skills, including empathy, clarity, and confidence.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
